QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Job Description

Responsibility:

· Assist the Chief Executive and/or Head of Group Quality & Audit on Quality Assurance related matters

· Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits

· Plan, coordinate and document the records of the Quality Assurance & Enhancement Committee Meetings

· Work closely with key stakeholders in reviewing and updating the institutional policies, procedures and processes as required

· Maintain a spreadsheet of programme reviews and follow–up to keep programme reviews on schedule and documentation up to date

· liaise with all key stakeholders as necessary to ensure Quality matters, standards, SOPs, policies and practices are consistently applied

· communicate information regarding quality assurance matters, procedures, and processes, as needed

· Support the preparation for institutional audits by JPT, MOHE, and MQA.

· Coordinate and/or facilitate ISO/Quality Management system awareness training and workshops

· Communicate to the stakeholders the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the QMS requirements.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline

· At least 2 years working experience in Quality Assurance background in higher education industry

· Possess good knowledge of the higher education industry including the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

· Strong analytical, report writing and communication skills.

· Good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in computer skills eg Microsoft office
