The Creative Design Intern contributes to the creative team by supporting the execution of design
projects across digital and print platforms. This is a hands-on, output-driven role with real project
involvement under the guidance of the Creative Director and Senior Designers.
While contributing to live projects, the intern is also expected to actively develop design skills,
creative thinking, and professional workflow standards through structured feedback and practical
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design Execution
• Execute assigned graphic design tasks for digital, print, and social platforms with attention
to detail and brand consistency.
• Adapt key visuals into multiple formats and sizes efficiently.
• Prepare production-ready files according to team standards.
• Support basic motion graphics and video editing tasks when required.
Creative Contribution
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative discussions.
• Translate briefs into initial design directions or mockups under supervision.
• Support campaign rollouts by ensuring timely delivery of visual assets.
Ownership & Workflow
• Manage assigned tasks responsibly while meeting agreed timelines.
• Apply feedback accurately and improve work across revisions.
• Maintain organised files and follow established creative workflows.
• Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and task execution.
Learning & Development
• Develop strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Gain exposure to campaign planning, art direction, and creative processes.
• Learn professional production standards and cross-team collaboration.
• Seek and implement feedback to continuously improve design quality.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication,
or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a
plus).
• Strong interest in graphic design, visual storytelling and experiential design.
• Good design fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Able to manage tasks in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, open to feedback, and willing to learn.
