Job Descriptions
Maintenance of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Preparation of payment vouchers and petty cash vouchers.
Ensure all payment vouchers are approved before making payments.
Ensure all payments are accompanied by original documents.
Ensure all capex are properly justified before purchase.
Maintenance of petty cash account.
Maintenance of capex/leased asset.
Data entry into accounting system.
Follow up on debtors’ payment.
Preparing creditor aging report.
Preparing of billings and remittance for customers and suppliers.
Overseeing the attendance report of the employees of company.
To assist with the licensing application with authorities.
To undertake additional responsibilities or perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superiors.
