Responsibilities:

Handle objections confidently, addressing customer concerns to increase interest and likelihood of a sale.
Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
Record call details and outcomes accurately in the designated system, including follow-up actions and feedback.
Follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.
Meet established call and sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to ensure accurate and persuasive sales pitches.
