Provide professional counselling to prospective students and parents on available diploma, degree, and certificate programmes.
Explain entry requirements, programme structures, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
Guide students in selecting suitable programmes based on their academic results and interests.
2. Recruitment & Enrolment Activities
Handle enquiries from walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Assist students with application, documentation, and admissions procedures.
Follow up promptly on leads to ensure smooth conversion into enrolments.
Work closely with the Admissions and Registrar’s Office to ensure accurate processing.
