Guide students in selecting suitable programmes based on their academic results and interests.
2. Recruitment & Enrolment Activities
Handle enquiries from walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Assist students with application, documentation, and admissions procedures.
Follow up promptly on leads to ensure smooth conversion into enrolments.
