Assist in data entry for daily financial transactions into accounting records.
Support invoice issuance and payment tracking (accounts receivable).
Help with expense claim checking and document verification.
Organize and maintain financial documents and filing system (softcopy & hardcopy).
Assist in bank reconciliation and recording of bank transactions.
Help prepare documents required for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
Liaise with internal departments to collect necessary financial information.
Assist the finance team in any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks.
