We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and serve as a trusted partner to Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring HR compliance and driving people initiatives that support the Firm’s strategic objectives and continued growth. • Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in the firm
• Manage staffing processes including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and offboarding
• Ensure HR Policy implementation, compliance and updating
• Manage the annual performance management assessment
• Conduct market salary survey, benchmarking with other law firms and recommending to Management
• Prepare proposals for budget and group insurance renewal. Liaise with insurance agents
