Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on available programmes, entry requirements, and career pathways.
Handle student enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms.
Support students through the admission and enrolment process.
Maintain accurate student records and follow up on applications.
Work closely with academic and administrative teams to support student needs.
Participate in education fairs, open days, and marketing activities when required.
Provide basic guidance on student issues and refer complex matters when necessary.
