The Supervisor will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations at Ministry of Crab (MOC) Kuala Lumpur . This role is crucial in ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth shifts, and team coordination, especially in a fine dining environment. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing FOH staff during shifts, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Management & Team Supervision
Oversee FOH staff during assigned shifts, ensuring all team members meet MOC's service standards.
Support in scheduling and delegating task, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient workflow.
Train new FOH team members in customer service, MOC brand values, and restaurant protocol.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
