Reports to Ops & Admin Manager in all areas of Operations and Administration matters and to seek approval prior any implementations.
Processes records and forms, requisitions office supplies, and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management.
Liaise with Bar Council, KL Bar and insurer on Lawyers’ Practice certificate application, payment of their membership fees, Potential Claim Notification and etc.
Liaise with hotel and travel agents for corporate rates.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and services.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors on the order deliveries, payment, office maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
Liaise with Building Management on parking arrangements, maintenance, repair and security issues.
Prepare Audit verification/ Due Diligence memo, compile report, prepare letter and send to Auditors/ clients.
