Job Responsibilities:-
Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on corporate law matters, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and corporate governance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other legal documentation.
Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Represent the company or clients in negotiations, dispute resolutions, and legal proceedings when required.
Advise on regulatory requirements and liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external counsel.
Mentor, supervise, and provide guidance to junior lawyers and legal executives within the team.
Monitor legal developments, assess potential risks, and recommend proactive measures to protect business interests.
