Support day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department.
Attend to all HR official correspondences, both internal and external.
Support in the administrative of Payroll-related matters and month-end reports.
Support in Recruitment-related matters; pre-employment checks, preparing letters, coordinating interviews, etc.
Maintain and accurately update HR records such as personal documents, employee's personal information, leave records, and medical claims.
Handling ad-hoc or any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
