Processes records and forms, requisitions office supplies, and performs other administrative support procedures for effective office management.
Liaise with hotel and travel agents for corporate rates, Bar Council, KL Bar, and insurer on Lawyers’ Practice certificate application, payment of their membership fees, Potential Claim Notification, etc.
Liaise with suppliers and vendors on order deliveries, payment, office maintenance, and office equipment repair and building management on parking arrangements, maintenance, repair, and security issues.
Organize meetings and functions, arrangements for meals or refreshments as required.
Check monthly claims/reports before submitting them to the Ops & Admin Manager for approval.
Prepare monthly reports and submit reports within deadlines.
Constantly improve and maintain a more effective way for the filing system to update records, files, and prompt file retrieval.
