The HR Admin Assistant provides vital support to the Human Resources and Administration department, managing day-to-day HR tasks, administrative duties, and ensuring seamless operations within the office. This role involves assisting with payroll administration, attendance tracking, office maintenance, and employee engagement activities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Involve in attendance and leave checking. • Conduct new hire orientation and exit interview. • Handle all on-boarding and off-boarding related matters. • Review, update, maintain and proper filing of employee records, personal files, HR-related documentations, policies and procedures. • Handle HR administration works such as preparation of employment contracts, confirmation, transfer or promotion, warning letters and etc. • Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures. • Monitor & follow up on all Government related matters...
