Join the team at Ministry of Crab Kuala Lumpur, one of Asia’s most iconic dining destinations! We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-driven Guest Relations Executive / Hostess to be the face of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and table allocations to ensure smooth flow
- Represent the Ministry of Crab brand with pride and consistency
- Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a pristine host station and guest-facing areas
- Accurately record guest reservations, preferences, and special requests
- Support daily reporting and assist the Restaurant Manager with admin tasks
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malay or other languages are a plus)
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, reservation systems)
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Open to Malaysians and foreign workers with a valid work permit
