We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Intensive English Programme (IEP) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in English Language Teaching and a genuine interest in helping learners improve their proficiency in English for academic, professional, or personal development. While a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and enthusiasm for teaching are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons across various proficiency levels.

•    Assess student progress through assignments, presentations, and examinations.
•    Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
•    Participate in curriculum development and programme enhancement initiatives.
•    Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
•    Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
•    Stay updated with current trends and best practices in English language teaching.
•    Develop and adapt instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Required:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in TESL, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Literature, English Communication, or related fields.
•    Strong command of English (spoken and written).
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
•    Master’s Degree in TESL, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Literature, English Communication, or related fields.
•    Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in English language programmes.
•    Experience in teaching international students or adult learners.
•    Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for language instruction.
