To ensure that the quality of Teaching & Learning services rendered are in line with the T&L Framework (TLF), the Teacher Competency Standards (TCS) and the annual KPIs established for the Pre U Division at BAC EG.

·        To plan & deploy learning strategies in line with the TLF & TCS established which will ensure high academic standards set for students of BACEG.

·        To plan and deploy assessments in line with the requirements of both internal and external examination boards which ensures high quality graduates.

.         To deploy CQI initiatives and improve academic performance.

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

o   Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area + Diploma in Education/PGCE equivalent or

o   Master’s degree in relevant subject area

Cumulative 5 years relevant teaching experience in a government or private education institution.
