Job Description

1. Student Counselling & Programme Advisory
 
  • Provide professional counselling to prospective students and parents on available diploma, degree, and certificate programmes.

 

  • Explain entry requirements, programme structures, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
 
  • Guide students in selecting suitable programmes based on their academic results and interests.
 
2. Recruitment & Enrolment Activities
 
  • Handle enquiries from walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
 
  • Assist students with application, documentation, and admissions procedures.
 
  • Follow up promptly on leads to ensure smooth conversion into enrolments.
 
  • Work closely with the Admissions and Registrar’s Office to ensure accurate processing.
 
3. Sales & Target Achievement
 
  • Work towards monthly and annual recruitment targets set by the college.
 
  • Monitor conversion rates and provide updates to the team and management.
 
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
 
4. Marketing, Outreach & Events
 
  • Participate in education fairs, roadshows, school visits, open days, and online webinars.
 
  • Build relationships with secondary schools, counsellors, agencies, and community partners.
 
  • Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to boost student recruitment.
 
5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
 
  • Provide excellent service throughout the enquiry-to-enrolment cycle.
 
  • Manage parent expectations and address enquiries professionally.
 
  • Ensure students experience a smooth transition during registration and orientation.
 
6. Reporting & Administration
 
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM/enquiry management system.

 

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and recruitment activities.
 
  • Keep updated on programme changes, new offerings, and industry trends.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably Degree holder.
  • Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • At least 1 years of working experience.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work on weekends for events, roadshows, or recruitment fairs.
  • Ability to deliver product/service presentations to individuals or groups.
