Senior Executive, Performance Marketing

Job Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Senior Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality student leads and support enrolment growth across our education ecosystem. You should be analytical, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong interest in data and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, and overall performance.

  • Allocate and track budgets, providing recommendations for improvements where necessary.

  • Work with marketing teams to support A/B testing, creative analysis, and campaign scaling strategies.

  • Manage and optimise Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and other key metrics.

  • Prepare campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations.

  • Support execution of retargeting strategies across SEM, social media, display, and other paid channels.

  • Use analytics and insights to guide campaign improvements and audience targeting.

Critical Skills Required

Analytical Skills

  • Ability to analyse campaign data, performance metrics, and user behaviour.

  • Competence in budget estimation, targeting, segmentation, and forecasting.

  • Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving approach.

  • Ability to identify optimisation opportunities and evaluate channel performance.

  • Basic understanding of web analytics dashboards and reporting tools.

  • Ability to generate clear reports with actionable insights.

Strategic & Execution Skills

  • Ability to support setup, management, and optimisation of campaigns across SEM, display, and paid social.

  • Implement optimisation tactics such as keyword adjustments, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.

  • Evaluate KPIs to make informed adjustments for better ROAS.

  • Understand campaign objectives and propose appropriate digital channels and strategies.

  • Monitor pacing, scheduling, placements, and targeting to ensure campaign effectiveness.

  • Assist in A/B testing and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on digital trends and emerging marketing tools.

Collaborative Skills

  • Work closely with academic, sales, content, design, and product teams to align campaign goals.

  • Support the creation of campaign briefs and ensure assets match channel requirements.

  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies where necessary.

  • Communicate campaign updates and performance insights clearly.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and similar analytics tools.

  • Experience with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and custom events.

  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager or DV360) is an added advantage.

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to platform or algorithm changes.

  • Effective communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
