Executive, E-LEARNING & TRAINING SUPPORT

Job Description

Job Purpose

The E-Learning & Training Support Executive will support the BACLearn team by managing the LMS, assisting with instructional design, promoting e-learning platforms like Coursera and LinkedIn Learning, and helping deliver training across digital platforms. Responsibilities include preparing and uploading LMS content, basic video editing, creating resources with AI tools, and supporting or facilitating live and virtual training sessions when needed.

Key Responsibilities & accountabilities

1. Instructional Design & LMS Management

  • Prepare, edit, and format training slides and materials provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Upload, update, and maintain e-learning content, resources, and assessments on the LMS platform.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy, branding consistency, and proper functionality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting LMS related issues and liaising with IT or platform vendors as needed.

2. E-Learning Platform Awareness & Engagement

  • Support initiatives to promote and increase adoption of Coursera and LinkedIn Learning among students and staff.
  • Track and report platform usage analytics to the L&D team for engagement monitoring.
  • Prepare promotional materials, user guides, and announcements to encourage e-learning participation.

3. Digital Platforms Training Support

  • Assist in delivering training sessions, workshops, and onboarding related to digital platforms across BAC Education Group.
  • Support trainers during live or virtual sessions, including managing presentation slides, technical tools, and participant interactions.
  • Step in to facilitate sessions when required.
  • Perform basic video editing using AI based tools for training content.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Multimedia, or a related field. Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, online learning platforms, and basic multimedia tools.
  • Basic video editing skills to create and enhance training materials.
  • Possessing relevant experience such as E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate 360), Learning Management System (LMS) and AI tools for content creation would be considered a bonus and an added advantage for this role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; adaptability; teamwork; time management; creativity in learning materials; willingness to learn new technologies; and confident presentation skills for small to medium-sized groups.
