Assist chefs with preparation of ingredients and daily mise-en-place
Support sushi chefs during service (cleaning, preparation, plating tasks)
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen/sushi bar
Follow all food-handling and safety procedures
Learn and practise Japanese fine-dining standards
Support smooth kitchen operations and team communication
Perform any tasks assigned by senior chefs to ensure quality and consistency
Students currently pursuing Culinary Arts / Hospitality / F&B programmes
Strong interest in Japanese cuisine or fine-dining
Positive attitude, humble, willingness to learn
Punctual, disciplined, and respectful toward kitchen hierarchy
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
No prior Japanese-kitchen experience required (training provided)
