RM2,500 - RM3,500 monthly

Job Description

  • Prepare payment voucher and supporting documents.
  • Posting in the system and filing.
  • Verify receivable payment and update payment in system.
  • Input and manage promotional expenses in management system based on Distributor's claim.
  • Support audits and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in Accountancy or Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) - able to use Pivot table or formulas
  • Able to work from 8.30am to 5.30pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
  • Interest in working at a Japanese-culture company
