Job Description

  • Assist lawyers with legal research, drafting, and review of legal documents.

  • Support the team in handling legal matters across different practice areas, including litigation, conveyancing, corporate, and intellectual property work.

  • Assist in preparing documents, correspondence, and basic legal materials.

  • Support in document review, file organization, and case or transaction preparation.

  • Maintain proper filing, record keeping, and document management.

  • Attend meetings, discussions, or proceedings where appropriate for learning exposure.

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the firm.

  • Assist lawyers with any other tasks related to legal work and office operations.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent.

  • Good research, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English (Malay and/or Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to assist with both legal and administrative tasks as required.
