Job Description
- Provide safe, reliable and timely driving services to Management / Partners for official and personal engagements
- Ensure punctuality and plan routes efficiently to avoid delays
- Be available on standby as required, including beyond normal working hours when necessary
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters observed during duty
- Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained and in good working condition
- Perform routine checks and coordinate servicing, repairs and renewals (road tax, insurance, etc.)
- Assist with basic errands, dispatch duties or ad hoc assignments as required
- Maintain records of travel, mileage and related expenses (if required)
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2–3 years’ driving experience (experience supporting senior management is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes and traffic conditions
- Physically fit, alert and able to drive for extended periods
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends when required
- Punctual, reliable and responsive
- Well-mannered, professional and trustworthy
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
