Job Description
- To assist the Maintenance Manager for the integrity of the hotel facilities including proper operation, maintenance of M&E plants and installation, fire and Life Safety, physical security of the building.
- To assist with the management, administration, store inventory item of the department.
- To assist and follow up with purchasing department in parts and material sourcing.
- To initial and assist in maintaining an effective communication between the department, staff, guest if needed and other departments.
Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years in facilities maintenance, property management, or a similar administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
- Strong ability to speak and write clearly when dealing with staff and external contractors.
