Sales Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Drive Revenue: Pitch ideas, negotiate terms, and close deals with brands to consistently hit and smash our sales targets.
  • Bring Fresh Ideas: Spot new market opportunities and help launch creative advertising services that bring in new revenue streams.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Connect and collaborate with corporate brands to create exciting, high-value partnerships.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Take care of our current clients and find smart ways to upsell packages that bring them even more value.
  • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work hand-in-hand with our content and production teams to package and sell creative digital ads and social media solutions.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Use your deep understanding of what's viral on social media to pitch modern, highly effective marketing campaigns to clients.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or a related role.
  • Have solid background working in a media agency, publication, or digital social media agency environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on business growth and ROI.
  • Comfortable independently pitching custom brand integration ideas and creative concepts to corporate clients.
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to negotiate with key decision-makers (good communication).
  • Preferably a Mandarin speaker, as you will be managing Mandarin-speaking clients for our Mandarin platform/page.
  • Must have a valid driving license and your own transport to head out for client meetings.
