Job Description

  • Assist in data entry for daily financial transactions into accounting records.
  • Support invoice issuance and payment tracking (accounts receivable).
  • Help with expense claim checking and document verification.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and filing system (softcopy & hardcopy).
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and recording of bank transactions.
  • Help prepare documents required for audit, tax, and compliance purposes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect necessary financial information.
  • Assist the finance team in any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

  • Positive, proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenge
