Job Description

  • Provide administrative support in the preparation, filing, registration, renewals and recordal of intellectual property matters with the relevant authorities (e.g. MYIPO).
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems for intellectual property matters.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions and renewals.
  • Process required payments and coordinate billing accordingly.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence with clients, agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support lawyers with intellectual property   searches and related administrative tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and responsible team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in intellectual property, legal support, or administrative roles is an added advantage.
