Sales Advisor (BMW Automotive)

RM1,700 - RM3,500 monthly

Job Description

  • Drive BMW vehicle sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, from first contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-ups
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting product features and advantages
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-up
  • Maintain showroom standards and attend to walk-in customers
  • Ensure timely documentation, vehicle readiness, and a premium handover experience
  • Stay informed on BMW models, competitor products, and industry trends to deliver expert consultations
  • Collaborate with marketing and participate in weekend events, campaigns, and promotions
  • Support outlet operations and contribute to a cohesive team environment

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury/airlines/automotive industry
  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (multilingual is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools
  • Self-driven, reliable, and resourceful with a customer-first mindset
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn and grow
