Content Creation & Ideation: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit engaging content.

Social Scheduling & Management: Maintain the social media content. Draft witty, clear, and brand-aligned captions, and schedule posts.

Community Management: Engage with followers.

Trend Tracking: Stay on top of viral audio trends, emerging memes, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to pitch fresh content ideas weekly.

Analytics Tracking: Help compile monthly social media performance reports, tracking key metrics like engagement rate, follower growth, and video views to see what is working.
Job Requirements

Basic Video Editing: Experience filming and editing mobile video using in-app editors (TikTok/Reels) or third-party apps like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.

Graphic Design Basics: Familiarity with Canva (or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) to quickly tweak templates, add text overlays, or create clean graphics.

Copywriting: Effective written communication skills.

Organisation: Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
