We’re RA Marketing, a fast-moving, growth-obsessed agency where the work ships quick and the clients are S-class. But right now we’re looking for one thing: a content person who lives on XHS/Rednote and wants to turn that obsession into an actual craft. You’ll be in the room, on real campaigns, from day one.
→ Plan, write and publish scroll-stopping content for XHS/Rednote (and other platforms as we grow): copy, hooks, captions, basic visual ideas.
→ Ride the trends. Spot what’s about to pop and turn it into posts before everyone else catches on.
→ Keep the comments alive: monitor channels, reply, engage, keep the community warm.
→ Help run live campaigns alongside the marketing team and pitch your own ideas (yes, we’ll actually use them).
→ Track what worked. Pull together simple performance reports so we know what to do more of.
→ Genuinely enjoy social media marketing and get how XHS/Rednote audiences tick.
→ Can write posts and captions people actually stop for.
→ Have solid marketing fundamentals and a feel for online behaviour.
→ Communicate clearly in Chinese, Malay & English (extra languages are a bonus).
→ Can work on Canva and CapCut for edits (Adobe skills = chef’s kiss).
→ Are pursuing or recently finished a diploma/degree in Marketing, Comms, Media or similar.
→ Are proactive, detail-oriented and thrive when the pace picks up, which it will.
→ Can commit to full-time hours, on-site in Petaling Jaya.
→ Bonus: comfy with basic analytics tools and reading the numbers.
→ Real work on real S-class brands, not coffee runs and filing.
→ A team that ships fast and hands you responsibility early.
→ A genuine pathway to a full-time role based on how you perform (final-year students, this one’s for you).
