FARM MANAGER (PAHANG BASED)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Farm Manager to oversee all estate operations, team performance, and crop cultivation. The ideal candidate will have deep, practical expertise in managing high-value fruit plantations, ensuring maximum yield, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all cultivation stages—including planting, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, pest/disease control, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.
• Develop and implement clear work schedules, set team goals, and allocate labor, equipment, and supplies efficiently.
• Conduct routine field checks to monitor crop health, tree conditions, and daily tasks, keeping accurate records of activities.
• Enforce company guidelines, agricultural best practices, and strict safety and quality standards across the farm.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in farm/estate management, with a strong background in fruit crops such as Durian, Coconut or Cocoa.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients/stakeholders).
• Degree, Diploma in Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for simple record-keeping; strong problem-solving, time management, and team leadership skills.
• Candidate must be willing to be based in Pahang.
