Job Description

  • Record and process financial transactions for multiple client accounts

  • Prepare journal entries and assist with account reconciliations

  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures for clients

  • Assist in preparing financial statements in compliance with accounting standards

  • Prepare tax computations and ensure timely submission of tax filings for clients

  • Maintain documentation for audit, compliance, and client reporting

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for client engagements

  • Assist in variance analysis and performance monitoring

  • Support implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures

  • Identify and report financial or procedural risks to supervisors

  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

  • Respond to client queries and provide timely updates to supervisors

  • Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions and planning

  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors or management

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Advanced Degree.

  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.

  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for collaborative teamwork.

  • Adaptable to change, with the ability to pivot and find alternative solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to navigate unexpected situations and offer fresh, intuitive ideas.

  • Proficient in relevant system automation, accounting software (e.g. QNE, Xero, AutoCount), and Microsoft Office applications.
