Prepare and lodge statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other secretarial documents.
Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
Handle incorporation of companies, changes in company particulars (e.g. directors, shareholders, registered office, business nature), and striking off/dissolution procedures.
Liaise with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) and other relevant government authorities on secretarial matters.
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Attend to and liaise with clients on all company secretarial matters and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with any ad hoc tasks or assignments as required by the management.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a corporate secretarial role.
Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and company secretarial procedures in Malaysia.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin (essential) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who are pursuing or have completed ICSA will have an added advantage.
