Job Description
Job Purpose
To deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Mathematics and Statistics across Foundation, Diploma, and Bachelor programmes, support student academic development, contribute to curriculum planning, and assist inmresearch and analytical activities within the department.
Key Responsibilities & accountabilities
(1) Teaching and assisting in class exercises/tutorials.
(2) Preparing and marking assessment questions.
(3) Uploading of assessment marks onto CampusOne.
(5) Preparing course file/report required by the management.
(6) Carrying out tasks assigned by the Foundation Studies and Academic Services (FSAS) Office and other departments as required.
Job Requirements
Job Competencies
(1) Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and Quantitative Methods, with
strong skills in teaching, curriculum development, and academic mentoring.
(2) Proficient in mathematical and statistical software (e.g., MATLAB, R, Python,
SPSS) and capable of supporting student learning.
