Lecturer (Law)
To ensure that the quality of Teaching & Learning services rendered are in line with the T&L Framework (TLF), the Teacher Competency Standards (TCS) and the annual KPIs established for the Pre U Division at BACEG.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- To plan & deploy learning strategies in line with the TLF & TCS established which will ensure high academic standards set for students of BACEG.
- To plan and deploy assessments in line with the requirements of both internal and external examination boards which ensures high quality graduates.
- To deploy CQI initiatives and improve academic performance.
Programme Manager
To plan operational & customer support strategies in meeting the strategic KRAs set for the next 3 years. This includes all current Pre programmes as well as any other courses launched in the future under this division.
To oversee academic planning for all programmes prior to the commencement of the new academic year.
To prepare quarterly report on effectiveness & efficiency of all scheduled tasks (academic & non academic) deployed for each semester.
To prepare quarterly feedback report on the health indicators of the programme.
