Internship : Legal Intern | Contract Management & Compliance

📍 Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

💰 Internship Allowance: RM800 per month

📅 Duration: Minimum 3 months

Join our Legal Division and gain valuable exposure to contract management, legal documentation, compliance activities, and legal administration within a leading automotive company.

What You'll Be Doing

· Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents relating to dealership agreements.

· Support the renewal process of dealership agreements and related documentation.

· Maintain and organize legal records to ensure proper filing, retrieval, and document control.

· Assist in legal administrative matters and compliance-related activities, including Compliance Reminder Seminars.

· Assist with document stamping, registration, and submissions to relevant authorities.

· Conduct basic legal research and support the legal team in day-to-day operations.

· Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments assigned by the Legal Division.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Business Law, or related field.

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

· A proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn.

· Able to commit to a minimum internship period of three (3) months.
