RM1,800 - RM2,200 monthly

Job Description

  • Prepare quotations using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client meetings and proposals.
  • Manage invoicing and payment vouchers.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English and Chinese.
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assisting for tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating with team members.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma in travel management or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Responsible and capable of managing tasks independently.
