Draft and edit various type of contracts and agreements
Draft various documents, invoices, and enclosures at company's requests
Participate in client training, legal research and support smaller projects as requested
Organized legal memorandum and client correspondence
Proof reading and vetting of documents and submitted them to lawyers/superior with comments for review
Prepared motions and interrogatories
Observed and participated in client meetings, trials, mediations, and outreach
