Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
Manage reservations and table allocations to ensure smooth flow
Represent the Ministry of Crab brand with pride and consistency
Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns when necessary
Maintain a pristine host station and guest-facing areas
Accurately record guest reservations, preferences, and special requests
Support daily reporting and assist the Restaurant Manager with admin tasks
