Prepare quotations using Microsoft Excel.
Create presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client meetings and proposals.
Manage invoicing and payment vouchers.
Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English and Chinese.
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Assisting for tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Able to work independently while also collaborating with team members.
