About Upcycle4Better
Upcycle4Better is building an upcycling ecosystem that inspires creativity and innovation in textile recovery while promoting environmental sustainability. As part of Malaysia's leading textile recovery ecosystem, interns gain hands-on industry experience by contributing to projects that reduce textile waste, support the circular economy, and create meaningful environmental impact.
Throughout the internship, interns will collaborate on real-world projects, develop practical design skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. The programme includes structured training, project assignments, job rotation opportunities, continuous mentorship, and regular performance reviews to support both personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for social media, websites, brochures, posters, packaging, and presentation materials.
- Ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines across all communication channels.
- Support the development of creative marketing materials for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce creative solutions that support business and sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education Level: Diploma
Minimum CGPA: 2.75
