Responsibilities
Develop and implement business growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction, in line with the company’s corporate objectives.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs.
Promote and present the company’s products, services, and investment opportunities professionally to individual clients and groups.
Lead, negotiate, and close business deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide leadership, task delegation, and performance management to team members to ensure effective execution of business plans.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Manage, motivate, and monitor agents and agencies, providing continuous support and guidance.
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, client data, and market feedback.
Provide timely, reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients and stakeholders.
Address and resolve customer and stakeholder enquiries promptly, adhering to the company’s 24-hour response policy.
Conduct product, investment, and business development training sessions for agents, clients, and internal staff.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate training effectiveness, including retraining when necessary.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Experience in team leadership is an added advantage.
Strong track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service and after-sales support is a plus.
Good time management, organizational, and planning skills.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluent in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.
