Job Description

1)   Training Administration

·     Prepare quotations for training courses.

·     Develop and maintain training materials including guidebooks, course outlines, and email templates for public training programs.

·     Assist in finalizing and confirming participant listings for training sessions

 

2)   Customer & Document Management

·     Send HRD-related documents to customers in a timely manner.

·     Check and verify received HRD documents for accuracy and completeness.

·     Follow up with customers via calls or messages to request outstanding HRD documents.

·     Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to customers as required.

 

3)   Claims Support

·     Assist the Claims Team in submitting HRD claims.

·     Send HRD documents (e.g., JD14 forms and Zoom attendance records) to customers.

·     Follow up with customers regarding HRD documents required for claims.

·     Check and confirm the return of signed HRD documents.

·     Assist in preparing refund documentation.

•   Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
