Key Responsibilities:

  • Persuading customers to purchase products or services and securing sales.
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally.
  • Recording customer information, including contact details and responses, for future follow-up.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Striving to achieve or exceed sales quotas set by the company.
  • Staying informed about products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
