Job Description
- Take charge of the commercial building maintenance and facilities.
- Ensure electrical systems are effectively maintained and in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
- Experience in the maintenance of preventive and calibration of all M&E equipment and maintenance of the building structure.
- Conduct periodical preventive and predictive maintenance, trouble shooting and corrective maintenance to prevent or minimise breakdown and power failure.
- Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of power consumption.
- Good leadership skills
Job Requirements
Job Requirements :-
- Possess a Chargeman BO certificate of competency issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Minimum 10 years working experience as Chargeman handling 11kv high voltage in manufacturing / production / building / construction environment.
- Well versed in Electricity Supply Act 1990 and its regulations.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on Weekend, & PH
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of people
- Must be physically fit and with good work attitude.
