Job Description

  • Provide sales administration and operation supports including arranging insurance cover for client, prepare corporate proposal /quotation for sales department (or client for now) and etc.

  • Liaise between clients and insurance companies in finding the client the best deal for insurance coverage.

  • Assist in generate and preparation of quotation for both Motor and Non-Motor Insurance.

  • Negotiate policy terms and premium with Insurance providers.

  • Able to manage product inquiry and handle calls and email in regards to customer inquiries about products and services. 

  • Assist claims handling and administration of claims processes and collection in finance. 

  • Assist in Insurance renewal and amending existing policies as per client request.

  • Coordinate in delivering the insurance promotion to client when there is campaign from insurance company.

  • Research, identify, and develop new business/market opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of degree or equivalent in Business Admin /Finance/ Accounting/PCEIA /PCIL certificates.

  • Minimum 8 years of related working experience in similar industry. 

  • A good team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently. 

  • Result oriented person with a sense of urgency to provide the deliverable on timely basis.

  • Well-versed in General Insurance coordination work. 

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills

  • A results-oriented self-starter

  • Able to work under minimum supervision
