Create professional presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client meetings and proposals.
Manage invoicing and payment vouchers efficiently.
Coordinate international travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English and Chinese.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Take responsibility for tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.Work independently while
also collaborating with team members.
