Upcycle4Better is building an upcycling ecosystem that inspires creativity and innovation in textile recovery while promoting environmental sustainability. As part of Malaysia's leading textile recovery ecosystem, interns gain hands-on industry experience by contributing to projects that reduce textile waste, support the circular economy, and create meaningful environmental impact.

Throughout the internship, interns will collaborate on real-world projects, develop practical skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. The programme also includes structured training, project assignments, job rotation opportunities, continuous mentorship, and regular performance reviews to support both personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote existing products and services.
• Identify and engage potential leads for school and corporate tours.
• Coordinate and support pop-up shops, exhibitions, and outreach events to increase brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners and clients.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and sustainability-related projects.

Minimum Education Level: Diploma

Minimum CGPA: 2.75
