Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations using Microsoft Excel.
  • Create professional presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client meetings and proposals.
  • Manage invoicing and payment vouchers efficiently.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients in English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.Work independently while
  • also collaborating with team members.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification and above or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to travel overseas for client meetings, project and business purposes.
  • Responsible and capable of managing tasks independently.
  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous but not required.
